平成28年1月、久留米市篠山町から六ツ門町に移転 |
久留米で丸福と言えば、かつて花畑で大龍の斜向かいにあった名店で、代替わりして国分町へと移転、今はもう廃業してしまった。ちなみに丸福から暖簾分けした羽犬塚の筑後丸福から、本田商店が派生している。こちらは店名から察するに、丸福の流れを汲むのは確かだろうが、開店したのは元祖丸福が国分町へと移った後だったと思う。店名に謳っている花畑に、強い思い入れがありそう。最初は篠山町で開店して、その後いまの場所に移転している。
料理はどれも美味。なのでラーメン屋よりも居酒屋として利用したい。ランチはとにかくお得のひと言。
■月替わりランチ¥680
ラーメンと小めしと小鉢のセット。ラーメンはもちろん、めしも小鉢のおかずも旨い。
ラーメンはスープに丸福の面影はない。篠山町の頃はもっと濃厚だったが、今の方が断然旨い。丸福と言えばのにんにくチップは入っていないが、言えば別盛り無料で提供される。辛子高菜と紅生姜も同様に、言えば別盛り無料のシステム。チャーシューはしっとりと柔らかく、薄味でスープに合う。ここのラーメン最大の特徴は麺で、角の立った多加水麺。久留米をはじめとした豚骨ラーメンで標準的な低加水麺と違って、小麦の風味に乏しいが、ツルツルシコシコの食感が新鮮。でもやっぱり豚骨スープには、食べ慣れた低加水麺の方が美味しく感じる。
この日の小鉢は豚バラの焼き肉。炭の香りが効いてて旨い。店主の味覚の確かさが頼もしい。俄然夜の居酒屋メニューが気になる。きっと旨いに違いない。
