平成28年1月、久留米市篠山町から六ツ門町に移転 |
かつて久留米花畑にあった名門ラーメン店「丸福」のお弟子さんが開いた「花畑丸福」。濃度はほどほどにあるが味わいはあくまでもアッサリ。卓上のニンニクチップで味ヲカスタマイズする余地がある「懐の深いラーメン」。名門の味に触れたいと麺友にお願いして訪問したが、ウワサ通りなかなか食わせる味だった。
それよりも！夜メニューとして居酒屋ツマミがずらりラインナップされており、芋焼酎なんかも良いものが取り揃えられていてこれらのほうがそそられた。いつか夜に再訪し、まずは酒とツマミ、そしてシメにラーメンなんて使い方すればまたガラっと違う顔を見せるだろうなぁ。
