3 minutes from Nishitetsu Kurume Station ◆Enjoy rare cuts of carefully selected Kuroge Wagyu beef ☆Counter seats by the hearth are special seats♪

I went to the Nishitetsu Kurume Station area for various errands. I decided to go to Sumibiyakiniku Yakiniku (Grilled meat), which had been closed for lunch for a while. This restaurant is open for lunch only on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. I've been aiming for this for a while, but the timing just hasn't been right. As time went on, the shop changed to being open only in the evenings and was removed from BM. I have high hopes that I won't miss this opportunity. The store is a 3-4 minute walk from Nishitetsu Kurume Station. It is on the 2nd floor of the building near the entrance of Ichibangai Arcade. Arrival visit is 11:40. The lunch menu is hung next to the stairs leading to the 2nd floor. There are also `` Hamburg'' and ``aburiju'' dishes, but what I'm most interested in is the ``daily specials.'' I take a quick look at the contents and go up the stairs. When I entered the store, it was reserved with no customers. Operated by two staff members. There are four counter seats for two people, as well as table seats and private rooms. Since I was visiting alone, I sat at the recommended counter seat. As mentioned earlier, the counter seats are made up of pair seats designed for two people. A small hearth has been built in front of it, which is an interesting feature. Aside. There are two types of daily specials. Both are 1,500 yen (included) and come with rice (free large serving), soup, and salad. I was debating whether to go for the ``Yakiniku set meal'' or the ``Negitan cheek set meal,'' but I decided on the ``Yakiniku set meal'' because it would allow me to enjoy the original taste of the meat. Serve time is about 10 minutes. The meat and vegetables are cooked separately, and then served hot on the iron plate. Cabbage is placed under the meat, and sesame seeds are sprinkled on top. I'll enjoy having this. It's delicious meat. The quality of the meat is clearly different from the 700-800 yen Yakiniku (Grilled meat) set meals at town Cafeterias, but considering the 1,500 yen price, it's within the expected range. The previous information had given me the impression of ``selected meat,'' and I was expecting to be able to get that at a good price for lunch, so I was a little disappointed. It feels like a high standard level that is not that different from the "Yakiniku (Grilled meat) set meal" that is served at lunch at a reputable Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. What impressed me more was the beef soup. It's a miso soup-like soup, and the meat falls apart when you put it in your mouth. This is really delicious. (Without information) I think it would have been a little better if I had just jumped in. Thanks for the meal.
