車を走らせてると ラーメン ３５０円の幟が
目に入り 駐車場内へと車が向かう
土曜日の１２時前に訪店 先客は１０名位
スタッフは若い方ばかしの５名
悪い癖で、見栄を張り券売機で食券を購入
⚫︎ラー麦 らーめん＝５００円 バリカタで・
低加水のストレート細麺です 丼にはデカい
海苔が３枚 家系みたいに添えられ トロトロに 柔らかなチャーシューが２枚 煮玉子が１個分とネギがオンされちょる
値段からしたら 具材は立派ですよ
麺の硬さはバリカタで完璧での提供です
スープは、あっさりとしてて豚骨が主張してないボンヤリな味 コクなんか無いですね〜
ラーメンの元ダレが有ったので 投入したら
塩辛うなってもうた
あっさり味が好みの方には適してる店やね
サービスコーナーに高菜漬けが有ったので
食ってみたら辛子高菜じゃなかったので
お代わりはせず
ラー麦を使ってるので 食べ終える迄 麺のバリカタは伸びずでさすがです
年金生活者は３５０円ので辛抱せないかんのやけど ついつい見栄を張ってもうたです
んっ、この店は福山製麺が経営してる？
