濃厚な豚の味が強いですが、特有の匂いが少なく、濃い割にかなり食べやすいです。
ややトロみのあるスープで、豚のまろやかさ&甘みが強く後味までしっかりとして美味しいです。

やや細麺で、コシがあります。
スープとよく絡み相性がとても良いです。
