「真麺武蔵津福店」でございます。
津福駅から歩けなくはないかな～という立地。
駐車場が大きいので車利用が良いでしょう。
店名は「しんめんたけぞう」と読むようです。
食券制です。
この日は豚骨ラーメン赤を選択。
お値段¥650です。
カウンター席に座りました。
ほんと綺麗にされています。
清潔感強し。
こちらが豚骨ラーメン赤。
担々麺みたいでしょ。たっぷりの赤味噌。
豚骨ラーメンにもやしと肉味噌をのっけてナッツ粉末を振りかけた、そんな感じの一杯。
これは美味そう～。
パンチあって美味いな～。
喉の奥に来る心地よい辛味がGOODですぜ。
細麺のムチっとした感じもまた汁をまとって良し。
ほんと美味い。ベースの豚骨スープもかなり美味い。
ペロっと完食。
かなりのレベルのお店です。
他にもいろいろ種類あるから、また行ってみよう。
