通りがかりに初来店。
とりあえず1番人気の檸檬ラーメンなるものを注文してみました。
どんな味なのか思案していると
なんと豚骨ラーメンにレモンスライスが。
まずはスープを一口。
これはレモンスライスとレモンダレだろうか
さっぱりしていて美味しい！！
麺とも絡んでいける味！
ただ少し気になったのは麺の柔さだろうか
表現しづらいが違和感を感じてしまいました。
また試しに行ってみたいと思います。
