福岡県 久留米市にある 肉や 一ノ剱 さんに、行ってきました
げん氣亭さんで、骨付きカルビを堪能したあと
もう一軒行きたかったお店、肉や 一ノ剱 さんにお邪魔しました
一ノ剱 さんは、各種肉料理を手ごろな価格で楽しめ
中でも、黒毛和牛レアかつは、特におススメだと伺っており
楽しみにしていました
お店は、久留米市の中心部から離れた野中町にあり
２００１６年 ７月にオープン！
店内は、カジュアルだけども清潔感があり
落ち着いて食事が出来る空間です
また、駐車場も５台ほど完備しており
お酒を楽しまれる方はハンドルキーパーが必須ですね～
まずは、ビアビアしたところで
今回、注文した品は～
スナップえんどうと昆布マヨ（４８０円）
ジャンボ椎茸の天ぷら バター醤油がけ（３５０円）
豚バラ巻き明太子の天ぷら（５５０円）
極上黒毛和牛レアかつ（１４８０円）
改めて料理の写真を見直すと
この日は、２軒目で酔っ払っているから
揚げ物のオーダーが多いですね～
マイレビ、奈良の髭男爵のせいて
げん氣亭さんの骨付きカルビから
自分も “ブロンズマン” に、なったみたい～Ｗ
さて、冗談はさておき
どの料理も、非常にリーズナブルで美味しい！
特に、お店一押しの極上黒毛和牛レアかつは
刺身で食べられるほど新鮮なＡ４ランク以上の
黒毛和牛のリブロース芯を使用しており
霜降りと赤身の旨みのバランスが絶妙！
岩塩とワサビをつけ頂くと
薄くつけた繊細な衣の中で
深い肉の味わいと甘い脂を堪能できます！
ワインや日本酒、焼酎等の品揃えも良く
次回は、１軒目から利用したいと思いました
