今日は仕事の関係で、福岡県久留米市へ訪問！
お昼時に商店街のアーケード内でお店探し…笑
日々の野菜不足でサラダバーに惹かれココへ。
店内のサブタイトル(？)「農家の食卓」とあり
最近、食生活が乱れ気味な僕にも丁度良い…笑
ちなみにお客さんは、女性客が多かったです！
メニューを眺め本日の日替わりランチを選択！

サラダビュッフェ、豆腐、小鉢、ご飯、スープ
メインは３つより選択、サラダはお替り自由！
今回は「国産牛ロースと自家栽培小松菜のソイ
ソース炒め」を選択(他は魚や和風系の料理)。
メインを待つ間に早速サラダバーコーナーへ！
嬉しいことに…サラダが１０種類超と多いっ！
ドレッシングも多いので色々と味変も可能…！
野菜不足にはたまらない、サラダの充実具合！
サラダバーを楽しむ間に、メインが到着です！
柔らかい牛ロースがあっさりながらお肉の旨味
たっぷりで、シャキシャキ小松菜との相性○！
そして醤油で和風の味付けなので和む旨さ…笑
雰囲気も良いお店で、食後のコーヒーを追加！
