久留米市の一番街の中にある辛麺屋玄さんへお邪魔しました。
お馴染みのつくね横丁の姉妹店で目の前に位置してます。
飲みの〆での訪問になります。
店内は広くはなく、カウンターとテーブルが少しあるくらいです。
麻婆豆腐など何点か中華があり、醤油ラーメンもありました。
辛いものが好きなので汁なし担々麺の辛口に。
まぁまぁ本格的な汁なし担々麺かな、、山椒も良い感じで入っており結構辛口でした。
半チャーハンは油っこくなくあっさりで担々麺に合います。
大盛りが無料でできたのでそこは良かったかな。
