This is a charcoal-grilled chicken specialty store near Nishitetsu Kurume Station. I jumped in right after the evening on a holiday. I was able to sit at the counter, but I was allowed to enter until 7pm, so I think it's a popular restaurant that I recommend making a reservation. A charcoal kotatsu is provided at every tabletop so that you can grill your own charcoal grill. In addition to standard cuts like thighs, we also have rare cuts like skirt steak and furisode. There are also set menus such as six kinds and three kinds, and you can choose any three kinds to create your own platter. The soft drink menu is a bit extensive, and I'm really happy that they have blood orange and white peach. (^^ There is a drink menu that is suitable for Shimoto. The elasticity and flavor of the skirt steak and seseri were the best. I think that chicken is classic after all. Chicken Hiyodori (600 yen) is a game dish. I ordered one piece, but there were small bones in it, so it wasn't much to eat, and it had a very strong taste, so I ended up choosing chicken instead of wild game. I know it's pork and chicken. You can order verbally or by smartphone. However, if you order by smartphone, you will be asked to access the privacy of LINE, so I think there may be some resistance to that. Not going through LINE. However, I would like to be able to order using a smartphone.I ended my meal with an Ichikizuna Hamburg with the store's name on it.It was delivered piping hot and had plenty of grated meat.It was a hamburger Hamburg with a rich texture of coarsely ground meat.Recommendations: I think it's chicken after all.
