「Bセット(ラーメン・焼きめし)」
なかなか行くことがなくてやっとお初で。
向かいに強烈スーパー有名店があるだけに遠のいてたのもあって、、、
お店の雰囲気からどんなラーメンか全く想像できなかったが、、、
着丼して一口啜ると、、、
超ビンビンのビンビンな懐かしい久留米。
久留米ラーメン(店名)を思い出すような感じもあればもう少しガツンとくる感じも。
久留米な中太麺なのに麺の硬さを訪ねてくるのは不思議。
この麺は絶対にデフォがいい。
焼きめしは玉子とコショウがよく聞いたラーメンに合う焼きめし。
とにかくどこか懐かしい久留米ラーメンを感じた。
