お仕事in久留米市。
無事、用事を済ませばランチです。
仕事場であった六ツ門方面から西鉄久留米駅まで歩きます。
途中、一番街アーケードにあるのが「魚・串料理 つぼみ」さん。
事前に食べログ検索しBMしていたお店です。
アーケードの途中から「ランチ営業中」の幟が目立ってます。
お店前にはランチメニューが書かれたインフォメーションボードも出てますネ。
紺色の大きな暖簾をくぐり店内へ。
訪問時刻は12:30。
1人での訪問の旨を告げると、カウンター席に案内されました。
ランチメニューは「親子丼」・「カツ丼」といった丼モノから「焼き魚定食」、「地鶏の炭火焼き定食」などの定食ものまで多彩。
「焼き魚定食（880円）」も気になり悩みましたが、事前にお店推しとしてチェックしていた「海鮮丼（1,000円、込）」を注文します。
しばらくして着丼です。
温かい白ご飯に貝柱、鯛、サーモン、ハマチ、赤身が丼に沿ってぐるりと。
中央には温玉と刻み海苔、葱がトッピング。
お店特製の胡麻ダレでいただきます。
刺身の鮮度は良好ですが、福岡市内ではこのレベルで提供できるお店はざらにありますので、特段の感動もなし。
むしろ「温かい白ご飯」ってのが気になります。
セットでの味噌汁は普段過ぎてコメント略。 (笑)
隣席（それなりの距離をとってあります）のお客さんが頼んでいた「焼き魚定食」が運ばれてきました。
鯛の切り身がでかい！ Σ（￣□￣;）
切り身の大きさから相当な大鯛であったことが容易に想像できるでかさです。
さらに店員さんから「ご飯、お代わりできます」とのご案内。
海鮮丼のことなど頭から吹き飛び、焼き魚定食にしなかったことへの後悔がしきり・・。

次回、機会があれば絶対、焼き魚定食です。

After being turned down by various shops, I trudged along Ichibangai. Two people were waiting in front of "Tsubomi" to open. It was 11:57. I looked at the information board and saw that it said "Grilled Fish Set Meal". I asked a staff member who was just outside what kind of fish it was and he said it was horse mackerel. It was almost time for the shop to open. I decided to eat here. Of course I ordered the "Grilled Fish Set Meal (880 yen, incl.)". The serving time was about 10 minutes. The grilled horse mackerel that was brought out was huge. And the meat was very firm. When I poked it with my chopsticks, the meat was soft and tender. There was also plenty of grated daikon radish. In addition, there was Small dish sashimi of yellowtail and salmon, each of which was a slice. I was told that I could have as much rice as I wanted, so I had about half a serving. Great value for money. When I was paying the bill, I noticed that the horse mackerel in the grilled fish was skewered and grilled over charcoal. I see, that's why it was so delicious. It was definitely worth the change. I would like to give the "Grilled Fish Set Meal" a rating of 3.5 stars. Thank you for the meal.
