Charcoal grilled fish
I walked around Ichibangai in Kurume for the first time in a while. I noticed a lunch banner and found Tsubomi. The menu was on display outside and you could see inside the restaurant, so it was easy to go in. When I entered the restaurant, I was guided to the counter. In front of me, fish on skewers were being grilled over charcoal. The smell of grilled fish, such as sea bream and amberjack heads, was delicious♪ I decided right away before I sat down! I started with the cheek♪ Then I went to the eyeball and the jaw and fat were piled on top of the brain, which was delicious. The fish was plump (≧▽≦) and the rice was delicious ♪ Very filling. I took my time to eat it all up. I ate the fish!!! I was satisfied. The type of grilled fish seems to change depending on the day. This time I was lucky. We haven't decided on a particular restaurant, but we want to eat yakitori. Fish is also good! We were talking about this when we saw [Tsubomi] right in front of us, so we went there as soon as it opened. A little while ago, I saw a review on MyReview and I wanted to go to this restaurant at night. The appeal of this restaurant is the fish grilled over charcoal (☆▽☆) I decided to have draft beer and raw saury, and my partner decided to have amberjack collar as the main beer accompaniment ♪ It's grilled slowly, so while we're waiting, we snack on sashimi and yakitori. I've been going out of the prefecture a lot recently, so beer and yakitori in Kurume are a good choice ( ꈍᴗꈍ) Since it's just opening, it's fully reserved, so we can spend our time leisurely. The long-awaited saury has arrived! The fluffy saury and the saltiness are just right. The beer goes down well♪ Sanma is the right choice. Meanwhile, my partner hands me the amberjack head. What's wrong? The head is incredibly fatty (≧▽≦) It's delicious! It's delicious, but it's so fatty that I want rice instead of beer (lol) My partner says the fat is too much... it's a luxury. I'm gradually... I prefer shochu to beer (^_^;) For dinner, the grilled fish is 780 yen for raw sanma and 680 yen for amberjack head. If you think about it, the grilled fish for lunch is 880 yen, which is the best value for money♪ I'll go again during the day, or if it's dinner, I'll have shochu or sake.
