It's been a long time since I came to Kurume, and I was wondering what to have for lunch when I was wandering around town and found this! ! I came to the store feeling adventurous because of the unusual menu items such as pork offal rice porridge and chicken rice rolls on the signboard in front of the store. I was confused, so I ordered chicken rice rolls, fried duck with bones, and chicken rice rolls. The chicken rice rolls are made by hardening rice and deep-frying them, then filling them with chicken and vegetables. I've never had it before, but it's probably similar to Chinese Cuisine scorched dish. The rice was fried in oil, so it was quite hard and resembled rice crackers. The chicken filling is thick and delicious when mixed with it❗ Deep-fried duck - duck meat I've eaten Pekin duck before, but... I've never eaten the meat part properly, so I ordered it out of curiosity! I felt that it was Vietnamese-style fried chicken that mainly consisted of salt and pepper. The meat is lighter than chicken, but has a chewy texture that I really liked. As a general review, I personally liked the chicken rice rolls, but they were quite hard, so my jaw got a little tired. Don't go for regular okowa.People may have different likes and dislikes. It's pork, but it seems like regular okowa is also available, so I guess that's for Japanese people.Duck bone fried chicken - Lighter than chicken, but the flavor of the meat is... I really feel it. It's mainly seasoned with salt and pepper, so it seems to go well with beer. There are bones, but they aren't that hard, so personally I wasn't too concerned about it. The price is good, and there are many interesting menu items, so I would like to come back again.
