地元の情報サイトで新規オープンすると知ってましたが、たまたま見た某ももち浜ストアの新規オープンコーナーにも出てたのでミーハー心を発揮して行ってきました。
お店は津福の赤ちゃんの城から安武駅へと抜ける住宅街＆田んぼ道の途中。
駐車場は店舗の前に3台程停められます。
新規店なのでとても綺麗で、カウンターもあって雰囲気の良いお店です。
店員さんの対応が若干固いですがとても丁寧で一生懸命なので好感が持てます。
さて、注文したのは麻婆豆腐…ではなく唐揚げの定食（笑）
実はオープン翌日に家の者がテイクアウトで麻婆豆腐とエビマヨを買ってきたので、店舗では違うのを食べようと思いまして。
ちなみにテイクアウトで食べた麻婆豆腐は本格中華というより「居酒屋の麻婆豆腐の美味しいやつ」な感じでした。
エビマヨも同じような感想だったのですが、調べてみるとオーナーは前は太宰府で居酒屋をされてたとか？
なるほどと納得しました。
話を戻して唐揚げの定食。トッピングソースでおろしポン酢をプラスしました。
やってきた唐揚げは衣が薄いタイプで、とても美味しそうな見た目です。
まずはそのまま食べてみるとお肉がぷりぷりっとしてて、丁度に火入れされてて薄い衣の食感と相まってとても美味しい。
強い味はついてないですが、こちらも「居酒屋のとても美味しい唐揚げ」な感じ。
強い味がついてないのでおろしポン酢もばっちり合って良かったです。
サラダも新鮮、スープも美味しいしご飯も美味しい。
お値段以上のとても美味しい唐揚げ定食でした。
この唐揚げなら他のメニューの油淋鶏や黒酢のチキン南蛮も期待が持てます。
あ、お店では麻婆豆腐が鉄鍋で出てくるらしいのでこちらも試してみないとなぁ。。
山椒をプラス出来るらしいので、本格中華っぽい味になるかな？
ポイントカードも貰ったし、行きやすい場所なのでちょくちょく利用しようと思います。
よい新規店が出来てくれて有り難いです。
