今日のランチは「想一」さん。
1年程前にオープンしたお店です。
野屋敷交差点から南西に進み、JRの線路を渡って150mほどの場所でお店前には3台分ほどの駐車場。
近くにも契約駐車場があるようです。
訪問時刻は11:35。
以前、トライした時には駐車場の待ちが出るほどの混雑ぶりに入店を諦めた経緯があり、少し早めの訪問です。
店内に入るとカウンター席は3席。
ほかに4人用テーブル席が4つ、入ってすぐ右手に小上がりもあるように見受けられました。
1人での訪問ですのでカウンター席に座ります。
注文したのはお店の看板メニューである「鉄鍋麻婆豆腐定食（1,188円、込）」。
「ライス大盛り無料」とあり、もちろんお願いします。 (笑)
サーブタイムはほとんどなし。
熱々の鉄鍋に豆腐が一丁丸ごと入った麻婆豆腐。
グツグツと煮えた状態での提供です。
これにライス・スープ・海老焼売・漬物・カリフラワーの酢漬け・ソフトドリンクの構成です。
さっそく麻婆豆腐からいただいてみます。
辛さは0～10までのレベルがあり、お店オススメの4辛（ここまでの辛さは無料）でお願いしました。
初めはちょっと辛めに感じましたが、豆腐を崩していただくうちに辛さもよりマイルドに。
結果的には程よい辛さとなりました。
麻婆豆腐自体にパンチ力があるためか、脇役の副菜もしっかりとした味付けがなされてます。
海老焼売は割と普通でしたが、牛蒡の具材感が際立つスープ、お酢の効いたカリフラワー。
どれも個性を感じる仕上がりです。
食べ終わったあとにはアイスコーヒーで口の中を冷やしてさっぱりと。
美味しくいただきました。
