Apparently a new Pork Cutlet restaurant is opening in Kurume. So, for today's lunch, I went to Sozo Pork Cutlet Shunsai Ryori Fuji. The store is near ``Bikkuri Donkey'' on Route 210 Bypass. It was located at the back from the bypass. Arrival time is 11:30. When you enter the store, you will see a simple and modern structure. There were several private rooms on the left, and table seats and 6 counter seats on the right. When I told the staff that I was visiting alone, I was guided to a counter seat. From the menu, I ordered "Loin Katsu Gozen 150g (1,628 yen, included)". For rice, you can choose between white rice or multi-grain rice, and I asked for multi-grain rice, which was specified on the menu. When the order is taken, a calm, low, sour voice comes from the kitchen in the back. It's a memorable tone of voice. Aside. Pork Cutlet served was Yayoi Pork from Hisayama Town. It is served with four types of sauce: sesame sauce, yukari salt, wasabi, and soy sauce. 150g of Pork Cutlet comes in 4 thick slices. It smells sweet when you put it in your mouth. The sauce is really delicious, but I personally liked the combination of Yukari salt and wasabi, which really brought out the flavor of the pork. Cold lemon water. It leaves your mouth feeling refreshed and allows you to enjoy the flavor of the loin and fatty meat in a new way. Pork Cutlet weighs 150g, but since it's made from multi-grain rice, it's quite filling. There are many delicious Pork Cutlet restaurants opening in Fukuoka City, and the competition is fierce, but I was able to find a delicious Pork Cutlet restaurant in Kurume as well. Even while we were eating, customers who had made reservations kept coming in one after another. The parking lot in front of the store when leaving the store is wide enough for 4 cars, but because it is deep, customers who come after will park in parallel. Luckily there was no car in front of me, but if you're going with multiple cars, parallel parking seems like a good idea. Thank you for the meal.
