お蕎麦好きの２人、秋月ドライブの際に昼食をとりました。
古民家のお店の裏庭は小さな滝もあり静かでとても情緒があります。
オープンと同時に入店しましたが、お花見シーズンの土曜です。すぐに満席になりました。
お蕎麦を注文すると「お待ちの間にお召し上がりください」と、一口ずつ野菜の煮付けや高野豆腐、お漬物などのお通しが出てきます。
どれも素朴で優しい味付けでした。
私が頂いたのは数量限定の「田舎玄蕎麦」ですが、シンプルで程よい腰とお出汁の甘味が美味しいです。
連れは「卸し蕎麦」を注文。貝割れや鰹節がたっぷりのお蕎麦です。
殻ごと引いた玄蕎麦との風味の違いはよく分かりませんでしたが、どちらも美味しいお蕎麦でした。
今回はシンプルなお蕎麦を注文しましたが、次は「地鶏つけ汁蕎麦」を食べに来たいです。
