新緑の香る素晴らしい日曜日でした。
連れの見つけた、秋月のワインショップに訪問した際に、そこのオーナー夫妻に
紹介していただいたお蕎麦屋さんです。
何の予備知識もなく訪れたわけですが、入口からして心躍るかんじでした。
古民家を改装した趣のある店構え。周りの木々との一体感は素晴らしいです。
雰囲気だけでも料理の味を３割増ししそうな勢いです。
注文したのは、茸の温かい付け汁の蕎麦です。
ところが、初めに茶請けと、お蕎麦が出来上がるまで…と出された料理。
これがなんとも、素朴な味付けでありながら、素材の良さからか顔のほころぶ
味で、心が落ち着くというか何と言うか…。脱帽しました。
お蕎麦に関しては、他の方のコメントに同じくデス。それ以外にコメントが
見つからないくらいです。
ただ、本当に初めて、美味しい蕎麦を食べた気がしました。
鹿児島では、まず味わえないお蕎麦に大満足です。
