2018年も終わりが近づく中、嫁と二人で「山うち」さんへお昼を食べに行きました。
初訪問のこのお店、前情報も無かったので、そば処と看板に有りつつも、カツ丼をチョイス。
待つことしばし・・・出てきたカツ丼がコレ！
見た目シンプル。上に三つ葉か何か緑系の葉っぱが欲しくなるほどのシンプルさ。
味は甘めで薄めですが、思いの外タレが多めだったので美味しくいただけました。
カツはサクサクと揚がっていて衣の歯ごたえは良かったです。
個人的には、結構旨いカツ丼だな～と思いました。
次回はまた違う丼物で攻めたいと思います。
