早い！旨い！！安い！！！
このところ、夫婦でよく行くうどん屋と言えば「小麦冶」である。
早いし、旨いし、安いし、さすが昭和食品工業さんだ！！
今日は息子が生まれて初の小麦冶。メニューをチラ見し「ごぼう天うどんと、ごぼう天うどんのセット」を注文。
店内はほぼ満席でしたが、さすが小麦冶！！あっと言う間に出てきました。
まず出汁をすすると、カツオや昆布の旨味が口の中に広がり旨いっす！！
麺はもちもちっとした食感で、食べ応えあり！！ごぼう天もサクサクで文句無し。
やっぱうめ〜な〜(￣▽￣)
ほんと早いし、旨いし、安いしで、ありがたいお店です。
って事で、どうもごちそうさまでした。。。

この日の昼食はちゃちゃっとすませようと小麦冶さんに突入！
私がいつも頼むのは小えび天うどん！今日はそれにたまごをトッピング。あとかしわおにぎりを注文。
待つことしばし・・・いっきに全品登場！
相変わらずの安定した出汁の旨さ！麺もモチモチで旨い。小えび天も香ばしい・・・といつもならそんなとこだが今回は違う！なんせたまごをトッピングしてるから。たまごの黄身をつぶして、麺＋小えび天に絡めて食べるといつも以上に旨い。
そしてここでかしわおにぎりを頬張る！おにぎりはやや柔らか目、味はしっかりついていて、ごぼうなど具材もちゃんと主張している。そんなかしわおにぎりを口の中に入れ、うどんの出汁をすするとたまらん旨さ。
やっぱ、うどんとかしわおにぎりの最強タッグは鉄板ですね！
