今日は仕事の関係で福岡県の甘木へ訪問しました！
さっそく楽しみのランチで食べログサーチ開始…笑
コチラのラーメン店が気になったので突撃です！！
店内はカウンター、座敷で５０人ほどが入る広さ！
それと主人や店員さんの応対が超絶元気です…！笑
入り口から右手の券売機で、食券を購入する方式！
ノーマルラーメンと濃口ラーメンで機械が違う…笑
ニンニク、醤油、背脂チャッチャに惹かれてコレ！
◾️濃口Bセット(950円)
濃口ラーメンに白ご飯、ホルモンが付いたセット…
待つこと５分もせず、カウンターにラーメン到着！
背脂は思ったほど…いや、なりたけ基準はいかん…
それではさっそく…スープからいただいてみます！
おぉー！結構ニンニクが効いててコクがあるぞ…！
醤油豚骨ということもあり塩味は強めな印象です！
トロッとしたスープに豚骨も負けじと出てきます！
香りもしっかりながら、嫌な香りは無くしない…！
底のほうには、骨髄を感じさせるような舌触りも！
ちょっと濃いけど、濃い味好きなら好きな感じ…！
麺は細ストレート系で、今回はカタメンにて注文！
意外に柔らかめで、隣客はハリガネ注文だったので
カタメン好きなら思い切ってハリガネが良いかも！
具材はキクラゲ、ネギ、チャーシューとシンプル！
お次は甘木名物？なホルモンをいただいてみます！
味付けはソースでコリコリ＆プリプリ食感なもつ！
２〜３種類くらいの色々な部位が入ってる感じ…？
ソースに程よい酸味があるので、ご飯も進みます！
中央のテーブルには、辛子高菜、紅生姜、もやし、
漬物、野菜の炊き合わせがありお得感も満載です！
次回はノーマルラーメンかな？ごちそうさまー！！
