店内は意外に広くて、綺麗にされてる印象。
長椅子テーブルがありファミリー層も余裕です。
入口に券売機(PayPay可)、中央にセルフサービスがあります。
注文は
ラーメン 550円
実は数年前、濃い口を食べて、そのニンニクと背脂の力強さだけという印象があり疎遠でしたが、今回はデフォルトのラーメンを選択、これが正解、旨かった。というか私好みでしたね。
細麺ながらに麺の固さを7段階で選択できます。
試しに『かためん』注文、替玉は『バリカタ』を注文しましたが、その違いが明確で感心しました。
替玉からセルフサービスの高菜や紅生姜を加えて食べました。
ランチタイムのサービスやチャーハンも美味いらしいので、また来てみたいです。
