大羽釜3機で炊いた純豚骨と、讃岐の粉を使用した自家製麺を広々とした店内でお召上がりください。 |
朝倉インター近くのラーメン屋さんにランチで入店しました。広い駐車場があるので、車で安心して行けます。自動販売機でチケットを購入。半チャーハンとラーメンのセット。麺の固さは、固めんでお願いしました。中央にセルフのお漬け物があり、高菜、紅しょうが、白菜漬を頂きました。ラーメンは豚骨であっさりしてます。ここのチャーシュー僕は好きです。薄くて脂分も丁度よい感じです。オーダーすれば濃いとんこつもあるようです。チャーハンは、パラパラしていい感じです。味つけはやや濃いですが美味しく頂けました。
