この日は、ふらっと「秋月 とうふ家」さんへ。
◇外観と内観
此方は福岡県朝倉市は名所秋月城跡周辺にあります、豆腐屋さん。
景観にマッチした古い日本家屋のような建屋に、店内も純和風。
◇座席
テーブル席メインで構成され、30くらいの小キャパ。
◇メニュー構成
基本的には豆腐を使った御膳がメイン。
他にも古処鶏を使った御膳や、入口付近には豆腐の販売も。
オーダーしたのは以下の通りです。
・ざる寄せ豆腐(420円)
→税込価格。
実は全くノーマークだった豆腐屋。
稀代の豆腐好きとしては超が付くほどの凡ミス。笑
時間の兼ね合いから豆腐を購入して即食べ。
率直に風味も良く、食感も好みで何より豆腐と水が美味しいのが良く分かるタイプで、掛け値無しに旨い！
タレも一応試してみましたが、無くても大丈夫だし、酒を飲むなら塩でも全然有り！
