久留米や小郡のグルメ話になった時に、必ずと言っていいほど出る「大昌園」
日曜日の16:00という微妙な時間に行って、1時間待ちの人気店。
驚きです。
お肉のレベルが高いです。
タンは普通の焼肉店の薄切りタンより厚めで、とってもジューシー。
臭みゼロで、歯ごたえもかなり良いです。
カルビは、上カルビにせずともサシの量が凄い…！
ので、普通のカルビで充分にお肉の脂を味わえます。
噛むと甘い肉汁が溢れて、んま〜〜！！！ってなるのですが、脂だけでなくちゃんとお肉そのものの味わいもします。
イチボのバランスは完璧でした…！
脂の甘さと、それでいてしつこくない…！
たまらん〜！！
そしてテールスープは、テール部分のお肉がゴロッゴロ♪
牛から出たお出汁が優しくて、大昌園のオアシスです(笑)
デザートもケーキやアイスの種類が豊富で、ケーキもちゃんとケーキ屋さんのものなのか、美味しかったです。
さすが、久留米と小郡の誇る焼肉店でした。
