目がキラキラの店員さん達、少し不安があっても、
一生懸命、そして希望に溢れ輝いている。
それは店員さん達が、料理学校の生徒さんだからだろう。
そんな夢追う清々しいカフェ。『CAFE DE HIRAOKA』
来店です。
■『CAFE DE HIRAOKA』について。
・場所は、大保駅より100m程。88号線を南に行った所。
Figaroは鳥栖方面から、車で来店。
・駐車場はやや広い。時に見学があっており、バスも停まっている。
・明るく、清潔感のある雰囲気。
・何といっても、店員の一生懸命が好き(*^_^*)。
初々しく、緊張感が伝わる＾＾
それでも一生懸命、それが夢に繋がっているからか？
自分も将来を選択した日々を思いだす。
・元々製菓が強い学校らしい。
そこで、日替わりランチ、パスタ注文の後、
モンブランと、苺ショートを付けてみた。

◇ランチ等
学食を想像していたら、大間違い。美味い(*^_^*)！
そして、飾りや盛り付け、お洒落ですね、
かなりお気に入りが、パスタ。
パスタと言っても、そうめん南瓜パスタ。
素麺にはコシ、
たっぷりの魚介は臭くなく、むしろ旨味。
さっぱりして清々しい。
私の注文ですが、妻が気に入り、
結局帰って来ませんでした＾＾；。
◇ケーキ類
軽い気持ちで付けたケーキが大正解。
何と言っても生クリーム。
絶妙の優しい甘さ、そしてふんわり。
定番の苺ショートでは、しっとり系の生地に良く合う(*^_^*)。
そして人気のモンブラン。
滑らかなマロンクリームがまた美味。
エスプレッソと合わせて食べると、ニッコリ笑顔。
是非、漉し餡を、造ってほしい！
■ちなみに
・パン
パンも入口周辺にコーナーがありますが、何時も売り切れ。
一つ買ったら、クランベリーがタップリ。凄い！
今度パンを目当てに行ってみよう。

前述の様に、学生さん達の一生懸命さが良いですね。
この道を何処まで行けば、自分の夢に届くのか？不安なはず。
だからこそ、『頑張っていますね』、『美味しかった』
ちょっとした言葉で目がキラキラします。
こちらまで爽やかになりますね。
