久々に九州出張で、うどんも食べた、ラーメンも食べたの次は焼きそばです。日田の本店も美味しいが、今回は小郡でいただきました。短めの麺で、もやしも多く、パリパリに堅焼きのような口ごたえ。真ん中に卵を乗せることで、しっとりも楽しめる。セットでひとくち餃子もあり、ご飯が進む。また必ず来ようと思います!
