『清陽軒』。この日は小郡市の店舗に伺いました。
先日、福岡市 博多区の ららぽーと内の店舗で食べた
時に「久留米市の本店とは全然 味が違う」と思えた
からです。
すっぴんラーメン(710円)を注文。
うおっ！骨の味！！ これぞ呼び戻しスープ♪
臭みはないけど 凄くコクがあり、それでいて まろやかな口当たりで美味しい♪
でも 元ダレが強すぎて とても塩っぱかった。 (T_T)
あらためて ららぽーと店の味は 別物だと思えました。
呼び戻しスープのようなコクはなくても それはそれで
美味しかったんですが、780円の価値は感じません。
ただ、小郡店の味も この 塩っぱさでは オススメとは言えません。 (~_~;)
味を薄めようと思って 替え玉(150円)を お願いしたら
麺に旨みダレが絡められていて 全然 変わらず。
本店でも 確認したい気もするけど、久留米市にまで
行くのなら『大砲ラーメン』や『丸星ラーメン』で
食べた方が 安くて美味しいもんなぁ。
