私、鶏肉が好きなんです。
まぁ、牛も豚も、ホルモンなんかの内臓系も、肉全般が好きなんですけどね。（誰も信じてくれない）
でも、福岡グルメのひとつ「焼肉鉄板」（わからん人は『びっくり亭』でググって下さい）は、それほど好きじゃない。
辛味噌ありきが、嫌なのかな？
こちらのお店、囲炉裏で地鶏を焼いて食べるスタイルですが、昼は鶏肉やホルモンなんかの鉄板焼の定食を食べられます。
何事も経験、福岡県朝倉市「地鶏焼 かがり火」さん、行って来ました。
掘炬燵式の座卓に案内され、メニューを眺めます。
地鶏鉄板焼定食をおかず1.5倍で注文しました。
「ご飯は普通で良いですか？」
初めてのお店で、ご飯大盛りは危険です。
並みでお願いしましたが、普通盛りでも十分危険でした。（写真をご覧下さい）
普通盛りご飯に、口あんぐりの所に、地鶏鉄板焼が配膳されました。
鉄板にのるだけのせたたっぷりのモヤシとキャベツ、そして思ったより量がある鶏肉。
味付けは、「ピリ辛」、「甘口」、「ハーフ」とある中から、ハーフでお願いしましたが、これが適度のピリ辛と程良い甘さで、やや固め、歯応えのある地鶏にも、野菜にもピッタリ合います。
「こんな『鬼盛り』どうするんだよ？」
と思ったはずの、地鶏鉄板もご飯も、ドンドン進みます。
あのマンガ盛りのご飯が、キレイサッパリ。(笑)Ψ(￣∇￣)Ψ
ハイ、見事なぐらい完食です。
いやぁ、地鶏美味しいですねd(⌒ー⌒)!
一緒にタレが絡んだ野菜も、美味しい事。
これが、１０００円しないって、何と素敵な。(#^.^#)
ここは、絶対にまた来ますね。(笑)～(///∇///)

I went to the hospital in Kurume in the morning, and the pharmacy where I will pick up my medicine is Amagi, Asakura City, and it is just lunchtime. The other day, I saw a review on MyReview, and decided to have lunch here if there was a space in the small parking lot. It is "Jidori Yaki Kagaribi" in Asakura City, Fukuoka Prefecture. Luckily, there was only one car of a visitor, so I was able to enter the restaurant smoothly. The inside of the restaurant is partitioned by a bamboo blind hanging on a wooden sunken kotatsu. At lunchtime, they serve various Teppanyaki dishes, so I ordered the ◆Beef belly Teppanyaki set meal for 880 yen with a medium level of spiciness. I had reviewed the local chicken before, and I felt like beef... I thought for a moment and asked for less rice. With today's condition, it would be too much if it was as it was. Soon, rice, miso soup, and pickles were served, followed by the main dish, which was piled high on the teppan. It's not fodder, there's a mountain of bean sprouts and cabbage, I knew it was going to be, but the volume is amazing. I wonder how they arrange a large serving on a hot plate. I unearthed a piece of pork belly buried under the vegetables and took a picture, the amount of meat is quite large. This type of Yakiniku (Grilled meat) plate is becoming more well-known as one of the Fukuoka gourmet foods, but the original has a small amount of pork skirt steak and is almost stir-fried cabbage, but I'm actually more surprised by the price. Considering the cost, the profit margin must be high. As I mentioned briefly, the seasoning is "mild", "spicy", and "half". Being a typical Japanese person, I safely chose the medium. This is just the taste I like to go with rice, it's surprisingly sweet and goes perfectly with white rice. I'm not good with spicy food. (lol)(*^_^*) It was delicious and I ate it all, I could have eaten a regular serving. (lol) Thank you for the meal. My happiness was here.
