朝倉市千手にあります、うどんそば店大國屋さんに行ってきました。ランチ営業が早めの10:30〜という事でしたので、午前中はうきは市の法華原の枝垂れ桜の観た帰りたまたま見つけたお店で待たずに入店でき助かりました。メニューが各種の温、冷のうどん&そば、天ぷら系に、ご飯ものはかしわ、白おにぎりで丼ものはないみたいでした。今回は肉うどん大盛りに山菜をトッピングです。スタッフは男性が作り、配膳を女性陣のようでした。店内は広く、小上がりのテーブルと普通のテーブル席がありゆっくりと気分良い雰囲気でした。出来上がったのが運ばれて、調味料の柚子胡椒と、七味両方かけていただきました。うどん麺は柔らかく、スープの出汁も美味しいし、牛肉も山菜もゆず胡椒といい具合に調和し、これまで食べたうどんの中でも最高なくらいの一品で絶品でした。うどんを提供されてる上で丁寧な仕事ぶりが感じられるお店でした。ご馳走様でした。
