会社の同僚との食事会。
下の子が見つけてきたお店でしたが、ケールを生で食べて苦くなく美味しい〜！！
っとオススメとのことでしたので、５人で伺いました。
この近辺の農家さんから直送というか、、、なくなったらすぐ採りに行ける距離で栽培されている新鮮なケールを使用。
生でも全然美味しいし、葉がギザギザしてるので、油や出汁が絡んだ美味しい料理がいっぱい楽しめます。
ちょっとかつお菜みたいな感じ。
他にも小松菜やアスパラ、ニラをタップリ使用したメニューが多々。
全部美味しいんですけど、ケールピザとケール鍋はほんとに騙されたと思って食べてほしいくらいです。
ハンバーガーは食べきれなくてお持ち帰りしましたが、これでもか！っというほどのケール量であっさり食べれました。
スムージーもめちゃ美味！
薬院にもお店があるとのことですが、ケールの新鮮さを試したいのであればこちらの本店でしょうね〜
ケールの青汁の原料という概念が一掃されました。
