オフ会で気に入って母を連れて再訪です
今回のコース内容
〇蕪の摺り流し

以上となります。
どれも丁寧な仕事がされてあり
お刺身は熟成されてあるようなモッチリ感
豚肉の低温調理もただやわらかいだけじゃなく
カリッと焼きが入っていて美味しい。
鱈のローストの下には春菊とアサリの出汁のソース
等がひいてありました
大変美味しく頂きました。
