小郡市の『薬師うどん』。
「スープが絶品♪」という噂の『三井うどん』に
車で向かう途中、道が混んでおらずスムーズに
進んだため 開店時間の20分前に着いてしまうな
なんて思っていたら 10時半に 営業している店が
あったので 急遽 予定を変更して訪問。
以前 ラーメン屋さんだった お店の居抜きですね。
早朝 ７:００から営業しているそうです♪
かけうどんは 350円と 嬉しい価格♪
丸天(480円)の食券を購入。
うどんか そばを選べるので もちろん前者で。
女性４人で 切り盛りされています
醤油の色が目立つ 茶色いスープ。
ひと口飲んで すぐ「昆布が効いている！」と感じ、
すぐイリコらしき旨みが ガンガン主張してきます。
エグみも まぁまぁ出ていますね。
麺は ７×４mmくらいの太さで 柔らかく茹でられ
ています。
スープが強い事もあって 小麦の味は ほとんど感じ
なかったなあ。
丸天は厚み６mm程度で、何の特徴もないけれど
逆に言えば 何の不満もありません。
味付けが濃く スープを飲み干せなかった事もあり
「近いうちに 再訪したい」とまでは思えなかった
けど、早朝に横を通る事があったなら フラリと
入ってしまいそう。 (^_^;)
