2週間に亘る関東出張も終わり、遂にGW突入♪
初日は特濃ポタージュ豚骨で有名な”あなたの心を鷲掴み”さんへ*\(^o^)/*
独特なネーミングと個性的な店主が話題のお店。
並ぶことは必須とのことだったので、開店20分前にお店へ。
ギリギリラスト2枠の駐車場に車を停め、16人目。
果たしてどの程度待つことやら。
座席は12席とのことだったので、比較的早いのかな？と思いきや、1組づつ時間差をつけての案内。
結局、案内されたのは12:16。
開店から76分後でした。
やはりここ並ぶ覚悟で来る方がいいですね。
オーダーしたのは鷲掴み豚骨♪
1番人気の特濃メニュー。レンゲですくうと確かに濃い。
煮詰めた天一のようなドロドロ具合。
レンゲでひとくちスープをすすり、ティッシュで口を拭くと、ティッシュが口に残るほど。
スープで麺と白ご飯がすすむ*\(^o^)/*
頼んどいてよかった。
その後は備え付けのニンニク醤油で味変したりして、替え玉を堪能*\(^o^)/*
次はハーフ濃度を試してみよっかな。
