柳川市にある鰻と鰻入りとんむすの店。
鰻を使った料理を提供。
営業時間は11時から23時。
うなぎ入りとんむすは、当店が提供する惣菜の1種。
鰻のタレを塗した餅米に、鰻、牛蒡、蓮根、インゲン、ニンジンを刻んたものを混ぜ、味付けした豚肉もしくは玉子で巻いている（豚肉で巻いたのが2個、玉子で巻いたのが2個提供された）。
樽型に整形されていて、食べ易い（1個1個がラップで包んであるので、包みから出すのに手間取るが）。
餅米と、鰻と、牛蒡等の具との相性は良い。
鰻の存在感がもう少し前面に出ていれば、と思わないでもない。
