柳川の観光エリアよりも少し離れた所にあります。
合併の前はここは柳川市ではありませんでした。
以前こちらの店主さんとお話する機会があって、お店で出てくるうなぎには、大変こだわりをお持ちのようです。
久しぶりの訪問。
まずは素焼き。これを繁桝の日本酒げぐびぐび。
そのあと、上せいろをお願いしました。
せいろで蒸してあっても表面はパリッとしていて、身はふっくらほわほわ。
でも、しっかりと脂がのっかっていて、口の中が幸せ～。
ご飯の固さもグッドです。
お店によっては、蒸し過ぎなのかべたべたと柔らかい時があるんですよねぇ。
たれの甘さもくどくなく、辛くなく。
柳川市内、久留米付近でうなぎを食べてきましたが、ここの鰻が一番最高に美味しかったです。
次回からはここだな。
