昔は２次会が終わり、締めの一杯と立ち寄っていました。
かれこれ・・・。
店もリニューアルされ、聞けばラーメンもこだわりを見せているようです。
せっかくなので、ランチをと来てみました。
◾️らぁー麺
水にこだわり、鶏、豚、野菜を加えた澄んだスープです。
麺は、話題のラー麦ではなく、糸島小麦100%の自家製麺。
ツルツルの太麺です。
地元糸島の弥冨農園のネギを使った手作りネギチー油。
肩ロース、鶏胸肉を低温調理(３時間)したチャーシュー。
いやあ、聞いていた通りのこだわりです。
とても美味しい。
スープを飲むことは、ほとんどありません。
しかし、美味しいので飲み干してしまいました。
