福岡在住の会社の先輩に教えてもらって、お伺いしました。
麺柔らかめの福岡のおうどん。
（私は大阪からの出張）
おうどん柔らかいのが、ちょっとびっくりしますが、
（福岡の有名なおうどん屋さんは、大体柔らかい）
もれなく柔らかめでした。
でも、硬めでと言えば対応して下さるようです。
（後日お伺いした同僚の話）
お出汁も天ぷらも、お肉も美味しいだけに、
おうどん硬めにしてもらえばよかった！と後悔笑
でも、美味しかったので、良いか！！
お客様も次々来ていたので、
流行ってるお店ですねー！
