I went for an early dinner. Although it was a weekday, the restaurant was full with customers already there and reservations made. The timing was good and I was able to enter the store in about 5 minutes. They seemed busy, but since it was my first time visiting, they were very thorough in explaining their recommended menu items. First order is a style where you write the quantity on paper. Bean sprout namul can be substituted. The P-tongue with green onions, which is highly recommended on the menu, can be eaten so easily that it can be eaten on multiple plates. He also taught me how to bake. Also, personally, I recommend the pot-zuke mega ribs as a menu that goes well with rice. I wanted to have some soup or ice cream to finish the meal, but I ended up filling up more with the meat than I expected, so I'd like to order something else from the menu next time.
