2010年代半ばの話です。
福島市内にある割烹料理屋を紹介してくれと言われたら、
「かねと」の名前は直ぐに出てくるような比較的ポピュラーなお店だと思います。
お店の場所は市の中心街、文化通りと言う非常に便利な所にあります。
この近辺は金融機関が軒を連ねている場所なので宴席の需要もそれなりにあったと思います。
何回か伺わせて貰いましたが、料理は地元の食材をメインにクオリティーは高く、
店の方のサービスとコスパの両方とも良く、十分に満足できるものだったと思います。
大変美味しかったです。
