福島名物円盤餃子の名店山女。
福島駅からも近く地元民や観光客に愛され、20:00でも10組待ち。40分ほど並び入店。
円盤餃子1皿20個で1400円。
こんがり揚げ焼きされた餃子が見事な円盤に。餃子は、皮が少し分厚くてカリッと、冷めるとモチっと。タネは野菜たっぷりであっさりとしていて、野菜の甘みが上品。ニンニクもしっかり効いている。普通の餃子よりも皮の主張は激し目だが、タネといいバランスになっている。
タレは餃子のタレに酢などを加え、一味が入っているのが特徴的。若干のピリッとした辛さがアクセントになる。15個くらいでだんだんお腹が膨れてくるが、残り5個を頬張りお腹がパンパンに。餃子一皿とお酒でお腹いっぱいになって1人2500円くらい。ご当地餃子の旅まだまだ続けたい。
