久しぶりに福島へ遊びに！
行くことが決まった途端に、こちらを予約。
かなり予約がとりづらい人気店。予約必須ですよ〜
一品目のエビのスープからキタキタキタ～
最初から手の込んだ料理でスタート。
その後、お造りを食べた後に天ぷらスタート！
エビの頭から始まり良いテンポで天ぷらがサーブされる。
どれもカラッと揚がっていてぜんぜんしつこく無い。
今回のヒットは椎茸と舞茸。福島の素材をふんだんに使った大将の地元愛を感じられる内容だった。
ホントにどれをとっても完璧！
