個人的には天ぷらは塩で食べるのが一番好き。
だって素材の旨さが一番味わえるから・・・と勝手に思ってます。
で、こちらのお店では沖縄の粗塩「ぬちまーす」を使用。
ぬちまーすをベースにして月替わりでお薦め塩を提供しており、私がお邪魔した時は抹茶塩でした。
旬の素材に拘り、車海老は水槽から取り出したばかりの活海老を捌いてくれる。
特に美味しかったのは、会津産のアスパラと京都の生麩、宮城産の穴子。
勿論油にも拘りがあり太白胡麻油と綿実油のブレンドを使用。
雰囲気・サービスも良く、福島市内でNo1.の天ぷら専門店だと思います。
