福島市内にある天ぷら屋さんです。かなり評判が良いお店みたいなので、前から行ってみたかったんです。福島市で宿泊する予定があり、ホームページで空席情報を確認すると空いていたので、1週間前にネット予約してみました。
注文したのはおまかせコースです。
最初に軽くつまみと刺身が出て、その後から天ぷらと言う流れになります。

いずれも福島県の地酒です。
おいしかったのは何かなぁ。魚介だとキスと白子ですかね。野菜だと深谷ネギとブロッコリーかな。そうそう、椎茸もおいしかったね。
キスは天ぷら屋さんの鉄板食材なんだけど、あれっ？て思うようなお店が多いんだよね。だけど、このお店のキスはすごくクリアで上品な味わいの揚がり具合だ。美味しかった。
白子はこの時期ならでは。白子が好きな人にはこの旨さは説明不要でしょう。
野菜だとブロッコリーがおいしかったんだけど、すごく芳ばしい香りなんだ。ジューシーでみずみずしい方向に仕上げるのかなあと思ったんだけど、そっちじゃない方向の揚げ方でした。職人さんもいろいろ考えて揚げてるんだなぁと感心しました。
そして、深谷ネギは食材の力が大きいですね。ネギの芯がすごくおいしいです。
ちょっとアレっ？て思うような天ぷらもいくつかあったんだけど、全体的にかなりハイレベルなおいしい天ぷらだったと思います。
そうそう、〆に食べた天茶もおいしかったですよ。
