【Delightful Cuisine ki-ichgo】 |
ＪＲ福島駅西口にある「コラッセふくしま」の１２階にある眺望の良いレストランで、福島の旬の幸を使用しており、地の恵みや季節の趣向を五感で味わう創作和食料理を食べさせてくれるそうです。
「コラッセふくしま」は、福島駅西口複合施設の愛称で、「こらっせ」は、「どうぞ、こちらにお出でください」という意味のふくしまの方言だそうです。
今回は二人で昼時に訪れ、福島県がやっている「ランチでクーポン(食うポン)」という企画での１０００円ランチを食べました。
「ランチでクーポン(食うポン)」は、福島市内の飲食店約50店舗が加盟して売上アップのために実施されていた企画です。

食べた感想は「可もなく不可もなし」で、眺望の良い場所でドリンク付きで食べられたのでとりあえず良かったということにしておきます。
本当は、ガイドブックなどで紹介されていた「福島餃子」を食べたかったのですが、休日の昼間に営業しているお店が少なく、観光案内所で紹介してもらった福島駅東口駅構内の「餃子の照井 福島駅東口店」は１時間くらいの順番待ちで、ほかの「らーめん石狩」は駅から１０分くらい、「元祖円盤餃子 満腹」は駅から２０分くらい歩くそうなのであきらめました。
駅のそばにも福島餃子のお店は何軒もあるのに、週末や祭日は休みや夕方しかやっていないのは「観光客は食べに来るな」と言っているようです。
