２０１８年１０月中旬。
先日、福島県福島市にある「コラッセふくしま」で行われた「第４回日本火葬フォーラム」。その前に役員によるランチミーティング。「コラッセふくしま」最上階１２階にある、展望レストランのこちらで行われた。私も下っ端役員として参加。ランチメニューは、数種類あったが、私は、その内で１１００円の「Aランチ」を選択した。ドリンクバー付き。店内は、お昼時とあって、ほぼ満席。ドリンクバーは、健康志向性の高いドリンクが揃っていたが、珍しいので、ざくろ黒酢にした。抗酸化作用、老化防止が期待と書かれている。是非、そう願いたい。「Aランチ」は、和風弁当スタイルのもの。こちらも、まずまず美味しかった。
