ドライブがてら福島・飯坂へ。食べログを頼りに初めてお邪魔しました。手打ちそば 雪むろ。
店名は、そばを挽く直前まで、山形の契約農家の『雪室』で保存している事に由来しているんだそうだ。
天ざる1200円を注文。
ニ八で手打ちされたそばは、コシがあり香も良かった。当然ノドゴシも！
天ぷらの内容は季節によっ変わるようですが、その日はわらび、こごみ、こしあぶらと言った季節の山菜とエビ、キス、カボチャ、茄子。どれもサクサクで美味しかった。
すべて座敷、囲炉裏の席もあります。スタッフの女性も気遣いがあって、雰囲気、サービスともにマルッ！
