日々深化している「八夢」です
福島駅の西口から、クルマでざっと30分でしょうか。
福島西インターをすぎて、田園地帯の中の集落。コンビニの角を曲がるのさえ間違えなければ
あとは看板がでています。
駐車場から、日本庭園を歩きながら、豪農屋敷風の古民家を改築したエントランスまで。
そすると、たいがいスタッフの方がお出迎え下さいます
玄関すぐ脇には、厨房で忙しそうに動く様子がガラス窓越しに見えます。
以前に、うかがったところ、厨房のスタッフもお客様の姿が見たい。という理由で
こうした構造にリフォームしたんだそうです。
な～るほど、お客様の人となりをりかいしてお料理をお出しするおもてなしの精神。
さいきん 人気が出てきました「八夢」
予約しないと、週末はきびしい・
とくに桜の時期は、ぜったいムリです。
創作料理は、一ヶ月ごとに変わります。
イタリアンとか、中華とか、複数のジャンルの調理スタッフのミーティングや
コンペティションで、決めているみたいです。
○お刺身お作りには、大根のつまではなく、こんぶ？からつくった歯ごたえのある透明な添え物。
細やかなこだわり。
○ご飯の上に、ふりかかったごまが何故か美しく食欲をそそります。
○デザートも、ひとくちで食べれそうですがこれも上品で繊細。シャーベットなどなど
○最後の仕上げには 御抹茶。
改めて思い返すと、スタッフの入れ替わりが震災を境にけっこうあったことでしょうか。。
こういう雰囲気の良い店に足繁く通うと言うことは、人（スタッフ）に会いにというのもありな訳で
「…あれ？そういえばあのスタッフさんどうしたんですか」的な状況も。
聞けば、別な場でご活躍とのこと。それはそれで良しとしましょう。
でも、色んな面で行き届いており、社員教育が徹底しており素晴らしいです。
